  • Succeed Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Succeed”) is committed to protecting the privacy of Data Subjects (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy (together with the Master Services Agreement, Terms of Use and other documents referenced) sets out the basis on which any Personal Data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. It also covers processing of Personal data Succeed Consultancy receives from suppliers.


  • As used in this Privacy Policy, the following terms are defined as follows:

  • Data Protection Legislation - means all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of Personal Data and privacy including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and any relevant update or replacement of these laws. The terms “Personal Data”, “Special Categories of Data”, “Personal Data Breach”, “Data Protection Officer”, “Data Controller”, “Data Processor”, “Data Subject” and “process” (in the context of usage of Personal Data) shall have the meanings given to them in the Data Protection Legislation.

  • Customer Data - Personal data, reports, addresses and other data and files/documents in electronic form that Customer stores within Services.

  • Registration Data – contact information collected with the help of the registration form, such as your name, email address, user name and password. By specifying a country in the registration form, you confirm that you are a resident / citizen of this country.

  • Service – Cloud services, mobile applications, downloadable software, training, technical support and other services provided by us.


  • When you:

    • express an interest in obtaining additional information about Services;
    • register an account to use our Site or other Services;
    • register for an event;
    • send us queries/requests;
  • We require the following Personal Data:

    • name;
    • company name;
    • address;
    • phone number;
    • email address;
    • credit card or other billing information (financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, the number of employees of the organization that will be using the Services).
  • We process data on behalf of our customers for their HR administration. Our customers are in control of what data is collected and for what purposes – see below.


  • Our Customers may store or upload Customer data to the Services.

  • We have no direct relationship with the Data Subjects whose Personal Data we host as part of Customer Data and we operate exclusively under the instruction of that Customer as Data Controller. As such, if your Personal Data is processed by us as part of Customer Data, it will be processed subject to our customer’s privacy policies.

  • We may also store information such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email addresses of contacts that you choose to store using our Services. We also use the Personal Data of our customers to help administering the services we provide.


  • We process your Personal data if and to the extent that at least one of the following applies:

    • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract
    • Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.


  • We use your Personal data to perform Services requested, including the following:

    • To plan and host our events, forums, webinars, social networks in which you may participate;
    • For marketing purposes, for example to contact you to discuss your interest in our Services, to send you information about us, our affiliates, and our partners, such as information about products, promotions or events;
    • To collect payments from you, through a third party (credit card or billing information);
    • To operate, maintain, enhance and provide Services and information that you request
    • To respond to your comments and questions and to provide support (including Technical support); and
    • To improve Services, to develop new products, services, features and functionality.
  • We process Personal data solely in accordance with the directions provided by you or the applicable Data Controller.


  • We may disclose information to third parties in the following circumstances:

    • Service Providers or business partners. Service providers are authorised to use only Personal Data necessary for performing the processing instructed by us, this includes customer support, marketing and technical operations purposes. Our contracts with service providers require them to maintain the confidentiality of all information. Unless described in this Privacy Policy, we does not share, sell, rent or trade any information with third parties for promotional purposes
    • Non-personally identifiable information. We share automatically collect aggregated, or otherwise non-personally-identifiable information with third-parties for the following purposes: (1) compliance with various reporting obligations; (2) for business or marketing purposes; or (3) to assist such parties in understanding general interests, habits, and usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, and/or functionality available through the Services.
    • Law enforcement, legal process and compliance. We reserve the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law, or if we reasonably believe that usage or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

  • Please be aware that this section does not apply to Personal data that is a part of Customer Data. We will always pass any requests to the relevant Data Controller if you enquire about Personal Data as part of Customer Data.


  • We only retain your Personal data for as long as your profile is active or otherwise for a limited period as long as we need to fulfil the purposes and requests for which we have initially collected it. Occasionally we might be required to keep it for longer by law.

  • These timescales are typically:

    • Closed profiles are deleted within 14 (fourteen) business days after receiving the request;
    • In accordance with our client’s retention policies; or
    • Backups are kept for 90 (ninety) calendar days;
    • in accordance with our legal obligations.


  • We use third-party hosting providers located in EU.

  • Our cloud-based Services allow Customer Data to be accessed across the world.

  • Our Site and Services may contain features or links to websites and Services provided by third parties, which are not governed by this privacy policy.

  • We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the Service.
